Does Clover do supplier purchase orders?

Clover’s inventory focuses on items and stock at checkout. Supplier ordering often comes from an app in the Clover App Market. Check which app your account already uses before adding another.

What does LineNow add to Clover?

The supplier side of each order. You order in the supplier’s cases, keep confirmations, substitutions, and new delivery dates on the PO, receive partial deliveries, and update mapped Clover stock. Received orders can go to QuickBooks or Xero.

What does LineNow change in Clover?

Stock counts for the items you map, after a delivery or a physical count. Prices, sales, and payments stay in Clover.

Can a restaurant on Clover use it?

Yes. Map menu items to recipes so Clover sales become ingredient usage, then order ingredients from each supplier. Usage stays an estimate until the next count.

Why don’t my Clover counts match the shelf?

Check that stock tracking is turned on for each item, since it’s easy to miss on new items. Then look for deliveries added by hand on top of a received order, and for returns that went back into stock. A physical count in LineNow resets the mapped Clover item to what’s really there.

How much does it cost?

$100 a month per location after a 90-day free trial, with no card needed. Supplier orders, receiving, and Clover stock updates are included.

Is LineNow part of Clover?

No. LineNow is a separate product. You connect it with a Clover merchant API token.

How should I test it?
